Have a client with an issue that the Knowledgebase suggests one option is to try to install SAP Crystal Runtime Service Pack 12. Unfortunately the article doesn't say where to get it. Further search of the knowledgebase finds a place to download service packs, but the link immediately asks for a user id and password! It is a link outside of Sage. Or Crystal Reports 2008 Service Packs,this document lists known issues in previous versions of this software and its documentation that have been resolved with this release. This Service Pack can only be applied on top of SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI3.1 / Crystal Reports 2008 SP1.
Symptom
An issue has been found in Service Pack 8 where the product.xml file still references SP 7 resources.
Future new song download 2017. For Developers on their Development PC's when creating a ClickOnce Deployment Package this causes issues.

Resolution
As a work around delete the product.xml file from the following folders and unzip and copy the updated attached Product.xml file to the following folders:

Crystal Reports 2011 does not include any Software Developer Kits (SDK). The equivalent SDK for Visual Studio .NET development is Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010 (CRVS2010).
